Red Bull F1 Sponsor

How Much Is Gate's Red Bull Sponsorship Worth?
Gate’s Red Bull deal comes to about $6m a year on our model. No fee has been reported, so the number prices exclusive rights as the crypto exchange of a top team, without any claim on the team name. The $150m three-year deal reported for Bybit in 2022 belonged to the exchange Gate replaced, and none of it carries over.
That makes Gate the third biggest valued partner at Red Bull, behind Oracle and TAG Heuer. Across the grid it’s in line with Nexo’s $7m at Audi.

How the Gate Red Bull Partnership Works
Gate runs a cryptocurrency exchange that Lin Han founded in 2013, and as a private company it publishes no revenue or valuation. Its 2025 annual report claimed 50m users, up from the 20m it quoted when the Red Bull deal was announced, though those are accounts rather than earnings. There’s no single headquarters either.
Red Bull names Gate its Exclusive Crypto Exchange Partner under a multiyear deal that began with the 2025 season. The launch release listed the rear wing, nose, headrest, wheel covers and chassis, along with race suits and team kit.

Why Is Gate Sponsoring Red Bull?
Gate bought the only crypto exchange slot at a team with a four-time world champion in the car. The deal is exclusive, so Red Bull can’t sign a rival exchange while it runs, which counts for more in a sport where McLaren, Williams, and Audi all carry other crypto brands. The launch terms also put Gate’s logo on Max Verstappen‘s helmet.
Its first season brought a title fight, and Verstappen finished two points behind Lando Norris in 2025. The second has been harder, and Red Bull has won two of the 18 Grands Prix in 2026.

Gate Sponsorship History
Gate’s two headline sports deals, with Inter in football and Red Bull in F1, were signed within six months of each other, and both came under the Gate.io name.
Gate and Red Bull Sponsor Questions
Yes, Gate is the company that signed with Red Bull as Gate.io in February 2025. It moved to the Gate.com domain and dropped the .io during that first season, and Red Bull’s partner page now uses the shorter name. The exchange is the same one Lin Han founded in 2013.
Gate’s Red Bull partnership makes it the team’s exclusive crypto exchange, so no rival exchange can join while it runs. At launch it covered the rear wing, nose, headrest, wheel covers and chassis, plus race suits, team kit and Verstappen’s helmet. It’s multiyear, with no end date published.
F1 Salaries puts Gate’s Red Bull fee at about $6m a year, since neither side has made the real figure public. Don’t confuse it with the $150m three-year package reported for Bybit in 2022. That was the previous exchange’s deal and has nothing to do with Gate’s terms.
In effect Gate took the crypto exchange slot Bybit left at Red Bull. Bybit’s deal began in 2022 and ended by mutual agreement after the 2024 season, and Gate’s exclusive agreement was announced on February 10, 2025, in time for that year’s racing.
Gate is an F1 sponsor through Oracle Red Bull Racing, its only team in the sport, and it isn’t a partner of the championship itself. The exchange joined for 2025, and 2026 is its second season on the car, with Isack Hadjar now alongside Verstappen.
