Ollie Bearman Salary 2026 in His Second Haas Year
Oliver Bearman earns a base salary of $1m from Haas in 2026, unchanged from his rookie season. It’s one of the lowest salaries on the grid, level with Liam Lawson at Racing Bulls, and works out at about $43k per Grand Prix.
His biggest rise came a year earlier. Three substitute starts in 2024 had been worth about $125k, so the full-time Haas seat that followed paid him eight times as much.

Bonuses Could Lift Bearman to $1.5m
A strong season could add around $500k in bonuses and take his potential income to $1.5m. On a $1m base that would be a 50% lift, and with 23 points already in his 2026 season stats, Bearman has given Haas plenty of results to reward. He’s 13th in the standings, and his latest points came from sixth place in the Singapore sprint.
What Bearman Earns Per Race, Week and Day
Bearman’s $1m base averages about $83k a month, $19k a week and $2,740 a day. With the $500k bonus scenario included, his monthly figure rises to $125k and his daily figure to $4,110. These numbers spread his annual pay evenly across the calendar, so read them as illustrations rather than actual payments from Haas.

Why Haas Backed Bearman as a Teenager
Haas gave Bearman a full-time seat at 19, and at $1m a year he has become one of the best-value drivers on the grid.
- Ferrari’s own junior. He’s been part of the Ferrari Driver Academy since late 2021, and Haas has run Ferrari power since it entered F1 in 2016.
- A record-breaking debut. Seventh place for Ferrari in Saudi Arabia in 2024 made him the youngest driver ever to race for the team.
- Junior titles. He won the Italian and ADAC Formula 4 championships in the same 2021 season before moving up through Formula 3 and Formula 2.
- Value for money. He has outscored Esteban Ocon in both of their seasons together while earning a seventh of Ocon’s salary.
