How Long McLaren's Sponsor Deals Have Run

Dell Technologies has the longest-running deal with McLaren, dating back to 2018, so 2026 is its 9th season. Mastercard is on the newest deal, from 2026.

Most deals don't come with a published end date, so a bar stops at 2026 unless the end is known. Hatching shows contracted seasons still to come.

McLaren Sponsors: FAQs

Mastercard is McLaren’s biggest sponsor, and it’s been part of the team name since the start of 2026. RacingNews365 puts the naming deal at $90m a year, the third highest team deal it reported behind Oracle and HP. British American Tobacco is McLaren’s next biggest partner at around $30m.

McLaren’s naming deal with Mastercard is worth around $90m a year, according to RacingNews365’s March 2026 figures. Ampere Analysis had put it at $65m-75m in August 2025, and City AM said $100m a month later. The older $30m figure dates from 2024, before Mastercard’s name went on the team.

No, Chrome is one of several Google brands covered by a single McLaren agreement, along with Android, Gemini, and Google Cloud. Google joined in 2022, became a primary partner in February 2024 and renewed in November 2025. We put the whole deal at about $15m a year, and the product logos don’t add separate fees.

Vuse and VELO are British American Tobacco brands, and they’re on McLaren’s cars because BAT has been a partner since 2019. Its April 2024 extension kept the branding going along with the Vuse Driven by Change art program. What shows on the car can vary by country, since nicotine advertising rules differ.

DP World handles logistics for McLaren and pays for branding on the car and the drivers’ overalls. Its February 2024 expansion gave it exclusive use of the cockpit’s digital display panels. The ports group first joined in 2023, and a house estimate puts the deal at around $15m a year.

PUMA supplies McLaren’s team kit and apparel under a multiyear deal announced on January 20, 2026. It replaced Castore, which had made the kit since 2021. The agreement also covers McLaren’s planned WEC entry from 2027, and it runs alongside PUMA‘s much older Ferrari partnership.
