How Much Are Tickets for the Bahrain Grand Prix in Malaysia?

International fans pay $220 for three days on K2 Hillstand or the B grass bank, and $565.40 for a Main Grandstand seat, tax included. Those are the only international tickets left, since K1, F and C Hillstand have sold out. Paddock Club is a reported $6,750.

Malaysian citizens with a MyKad get their own tariff, from MYR200 ($49) on G Hillstand up to MYR2,083.40 ($511) in the Main Grandstand. Whatever currency a price is shown in, the promoter charges your card in Bahraini dinars at the day’s rate, so the final figure can move a little.

Is the Bahrain Grand Prix in Malaysia Expensive?

No. At $220 for three days with tax included, it’s level with the Mexico City Grand Prix and $2 under Madrid’s $222. Spa costs $245, while Austria and Hungary come in cheaper at $194. It even undercuts Bahrain’s own 2027 race at Sakhir, where agency weekend tickets start at £189 ($250).

Only eight races on the calendar have a cheaper way in, led by China at $72, and Miami tops the table at $695. MyKad holders pay less than a quarter of the international price, with G Hillstand at MYR200 ($49).

VIP and Hospitality Tickets at Sepang

Sepang’s hospitality list is short. Paddock Club is the only package with a published price, and the Thursday pit lane walk on October 1 needs its own pass, with limited numbers available.

TRACK GUIDE

Find Out About Sepang

Sepang's 5.543km lap sends cars down a 927m back straight into the final hairpin, its main overtaking spot, and Sebastian Vettel's 1:34.080 from 2017 is still the lap record. The circuit guide covers every corner.

Bahrain Grand Prix in Malaysia Ticket Questions

Tickets for the Bahrain Grand Prix in Malaysia start at $220 for three days, and that price includes tax. Main Grandstand seats cost $565.40 for international buyers. Children aged 3 to 6 pay 25% less on every stand except G Hillstand, and children under 3 get in free but don’t get a seat.

No, the MyKad prices at Sepang are only for Malaysian citizens, and G Hillstand is sold to MyKad holders alone. International buyers pay in US dollars, which works out about $54 more for the Main Grandstand than the local MYR2,083.40 ($511) rate and $21 more on K2 Hillstand.

The Main Grandstand is the Sepang stand for the start, with its north end facing the grid, the garages and the pit entry and exit. Its south end looks the other way, onto the back straight and the final hairpin. International seats cost $565.40, and they’re the only grandstand seats still on sale to non-Malaysians.

No, the Sepang pit lane walk on Thursday, October 1 isn’t part of any race ticket. It needs a separate pass, and the promoter says numbers are limited. Buy it alongside your weekend ticket, because a grandstand or hill ticket on its own won’t get you into the pit lane.

A Sepang concert ticket doesn’t include race entry. The Martin Garrix listing for Sunday costs €103.99 ($119) on F1’s ticket shop, but it’s an add-on that needs an existing race-weekend ticket bought through the same account, so it isn’t a back door into the Grand Prix.
